Sothea's spirit of choice is gin or vodka. Som's spirit of choice is whiskey. For this drink we decided to bring those together. This is a Smoky Martini. For this one, we used Kid Curry Vodka but if you prefer you can try it with gin. It'll be just as good. This drink is definitely more vodka forward but the small amount of whisky really shines through. For any of you that have tried Laphroaig, you know that it's has a very distinctive, smoky flavor. So a little bit goes a long way. Also we garnished this with a lemon twist but olives would be great too. Smoky Martini Ingredients
- 2 oz. vodka
- 1/2 oz. dry vermouth
- 1/4 oz Laphroaig whisky
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
- Combine all ingredients and shake
- Strain into a coupe glass
- Garnish with a lemon twist
