The Maltese Falcon
In celebration of the 75th Anniversary of the Maltese Falcon, Cinemark will be showing it nationwide for two days.  February 21 and Wednesday, February 24. This beloved classic will be accompanied by special commentary from TCM hosts Robert Osborne or Ben Mankiewicz, who will provide insight, background and more, making this film come alive.

A Lecture in Humanities and Fine Arts with Suzan-Lori Parks
Suzan-Lori Parks is a playwright, screenwriter, novelist, and musician. She was the first African-American woman to win the Pulitzer Prize for Drama in 2002 for Topdog/Underdog. She also has received a MacArthur Foundation’s “Genius Grant,’ was 2015 Pulitzer Prize-finalist and Tony Award nominee for Father Comes Home from the Wars (Parts 1,2,3), and recently was awarded the prestigious Dorothy and Lillian Gish Prize.  Tickets are free but must be reserved.

Songs and Stories, An Evening with Art Alexakis of Everclear
Art Alexakis, known as the charismatic frontman of the multi-platinum band Everclear, will embark on a US solo tour.  With hits like the modern rock radio staples "Santa Monica," "Everything to Everyone," "I Will Buy You a New Life," "Father of Mine," and "Wonderful,"  fans will get the chance to experience an intimate acoustic performance and stories from his career.

Big Gay Broadway Sing-A-Long
If you haven't already hit full-February love overload, or the lack thereof, come sing your Valentine Hearts out with the cast of The Big Gay Broadway Sing-Along.  There will be a stellar cast of performers prepared to strut our Broadway stuff just for you, with plenty of audience participation sing-a-longs to get everyone in the act. There will be an Audience Karaoke post-show so arrive early to sign up for your shot to steal the spotlight.

Margaret Cho
Margaret is back to stand up and filmed her comedy special, There’s no I in Team, but There is a Cho in Psycho. “This show is about insanity, about the anger I feel about everything happening in the world right now, from police brutality to racism to the rising tide of violence against women. I think everyone has a feeling about that mania and that rage.”

The Chamber Orchestra Ogden presents Red Dress Concert
The concert is a celebration of American Heart Month, and the audience is encouraged to wear red to show support. Two works will be presented on this concert. Mendelssohn's majestic Symphony No. 5, subtitled "Reformation," will open the concert. This will be followed by the Concerto for Cello and Guitar, written and also performed on this concert by Brad Richter, guitar, and Viktor Uzur, cello. Collectively they are known as the Richter Uzur Duo.
