Variations
The whiskey series
continues with a session set to explore how each portion of making whiskey
affects the final outcome. Come and experience how minor changes like still
variations and aging in less traditional woods affects the distillation process
and dramatically alter the final dram. If any whiskey loves one thing, it's
certainly the treasures from our cases of cured meats, artisan cheeses, and
fine chocolate.
