What’s Happening in Utah - Week of 8/1/16

Castle Theatre Festival: Romeo & Juliet
The Castle Theatre Festival, produced by the NYC based company Renaissance Now Theatre & Film, featuring the Shakespeare play "Romeo & Juliet" directed by professor (BYU AND UVU) Ben Hopkin. He sets the play at the forefront of our election year by creating a tour de force rift between politically driven factions in the parents. Their visibility will not allow for freedom in the children's lifestyle choice, and consequently limited freedom of choice about what the parents feel should be the politics and lifestyle of the appropriate dating material for their politically visible children. It's a great relevant spin on the election seasons heat and this great love story.
