Park City Food and Wine Classic
At this year’s
festival there will be 500 different wine, beer and spirits to sample as well
as local restaurant tastings, seminars, cooking demonstrations and plenty of
outdoor experts to host attendees through a range of activities including
biking, hiking, paddle boarding and golfing to name a few. With so many master
winemakers and culinary artists lined up for this year’s event, there is
something to fit everyone’s taste.

The International Folk
Festival will celebrate its 6th anniversary at the Sandy Amphitheater. Folk
groups from across Utah come together to perform dance and music from around
the world. Come travel the globe without having to stand in those long security
lines. The event is free.

Invisible Gaze: UMOCA
presents a performance with Ririe-Woodbury Dance Company
The Utah Museum of Contemporary Art (UMOCA) is hosting the
Ririe-Woodbury Dance Company for an evening of contemporary dance. Inspired by UMOCA’s exhibition, Panopticon,
six dancers from the Salt Lake City’s internationally renowned contemporary
dance company will perform a durational movement installation—meaning that the
dance will continue throughout the evening—using the Main Gallery exhibition as
a thematic backdrop.

Ice Block Day at Hogle Zoo
Want to chill out?
It’s time for a very cool Hogle Zoo tradition on one of the hottest days of the
year! Your favorite Zoo animals get their run of refrigerated refreshments from
bloodscicles to piles of crushed ice. Scheduled animal ice enrichment will
happen regularly between 10 am to 2 pm.
Kids can paint with ice and cool off by digging through piles of crushed
ice for prizes! Learn about all the
kinds of enrichment that we offer our animals 365 days a year, and how you can
enrich your animals at home.
