The first two things are ongoing but we thought they may be fun for the month of October!

Mystery Escape Room
Mystery Escape Room is a new exciting real life escape room adventure at The Gateway Mall in Salt Lake City, Utah. If you have never done a Live escape room adventure, you are in for a new exciting entertainment adventure. Live escape room experiences are unique. Unlike other entertainment venues like movies, theater and video games, you are not just watching a story or virtually experiencing a story, you are in a story. It is up to you and your other group members to solve the mystery before time runs out

Grimm Ghost Tours
Visit some of the oldest buildings in Salt Lake. Learn where the Hoppity Lady roams looking for her lost husband. Try to summon her yourself to see if she comes out! Visit many locations on the 1.5 hour tour, including the First Mansion in Salt Lake, The Rio Grande Train Depot, The Largest Municipal Cemetery in the United States, The Old Washington Square and Historic City and County Building where jousting events occurred, treaties were signed, and is home to a few lost spirits!

Cornbelly's Corn Maze & Pumpkin Fest
There is a 12 acre corn maze themed in honor of the Despicable Me Minions.  There are also over 40 fall and haunted attractions for the whole family.

Big Fish

Samba Fogo: Raizes do Samba
Samba Fogo presents: Raízes Do Samba (Roots Of Samba), an evening of live Brazilian music, dance and martial arts, fused with contemporary dance and FIRE. Drawing on rich Afro-Brazilian traditions and mythology, Samba Fogo brings passion, fire, and pure joy to their performance as they weave traditional and contemporary dance forms, acrobatics and fire dance, all choreographed to live music.

The Legend of Zelda: Symphony of the Goddesses - Master Quest
A four-movement symphony, recounting the classic storylines from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, The Wind Walker, Twilight Princess and A Link to the Past. The performance also will highlight orchestral renditions of music from The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening and The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks. Performed by a 90-piece orchestra and choir and with a giant screen.

Anime Banzai
Anime Banzai is an educational convention focusing on Japanese anime (animation), manga (comics) and culture. Anime Banzai is sponsored by Utah Anime Promotions, a non-profit educational organization dedicated to bringing the culture, art and fun of Japan to Utah.

Ginormous Pumpkin Regatta
The 5th Annual Regatta is part of a series of events centered around growing GINORMOUS pumpkins! These pumpkins have names like "Leaky Bottom" and "South County Prom Queen" These pumpkins are carved on site and then fully grown costumed adults load them into the pond and attempt to row them without sinking to the bottom. Bring a picnic lunch and enjoy the free spectacle!
