The original recipe calls for equal parts gin, vermouth, and Chartreuse which is not our preference. But since the early 1900s, it's been modernized a bit.
Bijou Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. gin
- 1 oz sweet vermouth
- 3/4 oz. green Chartreuse
- 2 dashes orange bitters
Instructions
- Stir ingredients in an ice filled mixing glass
- Strain into an Cordial Glass
- Garnish with an lemon peel
